Giving back to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. As such, he endows a scholarship each year for students that plan on majoring in a world language at the university level.

Why Real Estate?
On January 22nd, 2019, Daniel came across this VIDEO on wholesaling and decided he found a reason to pursue real estate. It wasn't a matter of helping himself, it was a matter of helping others and showing them how they can obtain wealth. Over the next few months, Daniel studied for and passed the PA real estate exam on his birthday, July 10th, 2019. He wanted more and he wanted to help more people, so his journey continues as he has been accepted to Delaware Law School and will be starting in Fall 2024 as an Evening Division student and showing others how to be wealthy through building their credit, find their careers and maximizing efforts in the real estate industry.
Daniel Umstead graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. After his undergraduate studies, Daniel worked in Career Services/College Prep with non-profit organizations and for-profit schools all before receiving his Master's Degree in Higher Education from Kaplan University in 2013.
On July 26, 2019, he started The RNG Radio Show which is featured on AnchorFM, Spotify, and YouTube. The radio show goes over credit repair tips and tactics, real estate advice for buyers and sellers, along with skills needed to be successful in finding one's next career.
