Living Life with Honorable Intentions: Human Connection in a Technologic...

Your host, Brad Hunter, talks with the President and CEO of Costa Rica's Call Center, Richard Blank. Born and raised near Philadelphia, Richard's story began at Abington High School, where he graduated in 1991. Unlike many of his peers who pursued conventional medical, law, or engineering paths, Richard followed his passion for the Spanish language. This decision led him to the University of Arizona, where he majored in Spanish and fully immersed himself in the culture by spending a year abroad in Spain. Richard reminisced about his transformative year, splitting his time between Cadiz, Madrid, and Sevilla. He described it as shedding his skin, a hero's journey that changed him profoundly. Without the distractions of television or phones, he soaked in life through museums, books, and personal interactions. This experience not only solidified his command of the Spanish language but also shaped his worldview and future career trajectory. Richard's life in Costa Rica is where he established a call center that stands out for its operational excellence and vibrant work culture. Richard shared his approach to training and employee engagement, emphasizing the significance of treating his team with dignity. He believes in creating a fun and engaging environment, which includes incorporating his passion for retro arcade games into the workplace. This gamification strategy fosters a sense of community and enjoyment, contributing to employee loyalty and the overall success of the business.

Kimmy Robertson from TWIN PEAKS knows that COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER is classy! The amazing video begins with everyone's favorite sweet sounding voice, "Hi. It's Kimmy." Lucy from the show "Twin Peaks" gives CCC a proper greeting, "Hi Costa Rica's Call Center" The entire staff sends our warmest PURA VIDA to you as well. https://youtu.be/OwjMGMiHlwc?si=E7SeuDzcLGlRD1d7 "Um, your very best boss in the world, Richard, asked me to send you a video." Naturally, her fans could see her potential in Hollywood. After at first being unsure about becoming an actor, Kimmy was then hired for the first role she auditioned for in the teen comedy The Last American Virgin (1982). If you are a CEO or an actor, chances must be taken and taking a risk on yourself. "I thought I sent one already. But, it is saying that I didn't. So, here is another one. I just sort of repeat what I already said. First of all, congratulations on 12 years of wonderful business and being classy. I your classic art deco building." CCC enhances the beauty of Barrio Aranjuez with their vintage style. "With the pinball machines. I do love pinball." Everyone from generation X loved arcades. When Kimmy wasn't shooting Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (1989) and My Mom's a Werewolf (1989) we can see her enjoying a game of retro American flipper pinball to blow off steam between shoots. "And the 50's diner. Yum. And , ah, cheeseburgers. You know what? I like meatless cheeseburgers now. They make them really good. Plant based cheeseburgers. Ha Ha ." The cafe has all of the red and white booths, checkered floor and a 1961 Seeburg jukebox playing hits in the corner. A special Kimmy burger could be made on the spot. "Um, yes... and your marquees, neon. always classic." Kimmy knew that she shined bright and that is why she was casted as the Sheriff's ditsy secretary, Lucy, in the groundbreaking TV series Twin Peaks (1990). Creators Mark Frost and David Lynch recognized Kimmy's comedic talent and exploited it by encouraging her to ad-lib her lines, some of which turned into the funniest moments of the series. "Your wonderful Mercedes Limo. I would love to have a ride in that. If I were a VIP. I would get to ride in one if I came to Costa Rica. "Her high pitched voice has also served her well in animated cartoons, having featured on animated shows as Batman: The Animated Series, The Critic, The Tick and The Simpsons. Obviously, she has earned a first class trip to the beach when she arrives at SJO International in the 300D Lang. "I am going to show you where I am right now. I am at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. That is where they have football games and they have the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day. Well, they also play soccer. Which is what the whole rest of the world calls football. But the United States calls it soccer. Ha ha." The video added an additional bonus location shoot for her fans. "Well, I hope you have 24 more wonderful years of classic classiness. " Kimmy continues to make people smile with her roles in such films as Disney's Beauty and the Beast (1991), Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) and Stuart Little (1999). "And thank you Richard, the best boss, for making it nice for your employees. I know what it is like to work in an office all day long." Kimmy Robertson began her career as a ballet dancer but her distinctive sense of humor and quirky style brought her to the attention of an agent who happened to worked in the same office as her ballet company. Both she and Richard were able to climb the ladder in our respective fields after paying our dues in an office. "A pinball machine makes all of the difference in the world." The call center has the largest private American pinball collection in Central America. All games are set for unlimited free play for our guests and employees. The video winds down with farewell that cannot be matched. "Lots of love from Lucy "(blows a kiss) "Lots of love from Kimmy. "(blows a kiss) "Best to you all." The entire staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER appreciates the time and effort in making this video. Pura Vida Kimmy.

RANDALL CUNNINGHAM scores a huge running touchdown play with COSTA RICA'...

The video begins in star studded fashion, "Ah, hello. Ha ha." "It's Randall Cunningham calling." CCC favorite NFL QB, Randall Wade Cunningham Sr played in the NFL for 16 seasons, primarily with the Philadelphia Eagles. "Is this the Costa Rica's Call Center?" Not only was Randall the most exciting QB, our nearshore outsourcing services can always score a touchdown by closing the deal with clients. "Are there any Randall Cunningham fans over there?" Too many to count. He has a huge fan base in the Central America BPO industry. Cunningham was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2016. Cunningham was also inducted into the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame in 2000. "Is Richard around?" Yes and been in CR for the past 20 years as a leading telemarketing trainer. An actual fan from Philadelphia that has seen you play live in Veterans Stadium at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Pattison. "Anyway, I wanted to give an Eagles hello to the staff there from the favorite QB RC." The video concludes with a reminder of greatness, "#12 Philadelphia Eagles." "I heard that you celebrated your 12th year anniversary in business." "Come on...That is what I am talking about!" "Congratulations. I wish many more on you. Much more success." Feeling as if the fans and organization did not fully appreciate his contributions to the team's success, as well as being unhappy with his role as a back-up, Cunningham retired from football after the 1995 season. He left Philadelphia with the third most rushing yards in Eagles history, with 4,482, On August 15, 2002, Cunningham signed a one-day contract with the Philadelphia Eagles to officially announce his retirement.CCC will continue to be a leader in the call centre industry and will set the bar in Latin America. "I hear about the art deco building that you guys are kicking it in." In his final 10 NFL seasons, Cunningham played in only 80 games, but finished his 16-year career completing 2,429 of his 4,289 attempts for 29,979 yards and 207 touchdowns, with 134 interceptions. He was sacked 484 times, third-most all time behind (2nd) John Elway with 516 sacks, and (1st) Brett Favre with 525 sacks. Our beautiful structure located on the corner of 11th avenue and 23rd street in Barrio Aranjuez. The best must perform in the most impressive structures. As Randall graced the field in the most exciting stadiums, our telemarketers can feel proud working in a positive work culture and location. Yep, the neon marquees." Cunningham also rushed for 4,928 yards on 775 carries and 35 touchdowns. He retired after the 2001 season as the NFL's all-time leader in rushing yards and carries for the quarterback position, (a record broken in 2011 by Michael Vick), and tied for fourth with Steve Grogan in rushing touchdowns by a quarterback . All great names should be displayed bright and proud. CCC has the sharpest neon lights that enhance our telemarketing experience. "Ah ha, the Jukebox arcade. That is what I am talking about!" Cunningham also averaged 30.6 rushing yards per game during his career—second most all-time for quarterbacks, behind Michael Vick. WE encourage a fun work environment and have supplied the call centre with a jukebox for each floor and our onsite 1950s cafe. "And the American pinball" Work life balance is essential and has contributed to a decrease in attrition and increase in production. A gamification call centre culture was created at CCC and has assisted in building a successful work force that is able to bond.CCC has the largest collection of Pinball in Central America with 11 machines. "The 1984, that's when I cam e into the league, Mercedes Limo! We call it a Benzo." In July 2012, Cunningham was named the 23rd greatest quarterback of the NFL's post-merger era, according to Football Nation. Our clients are met at SJO for a luxury ride in comfort and style. The video continues with a dose of international relations, "Anyway, I am supposed to say Pura Vida #12. I don't know what that means, but I hope you do. Ha Ha." The ticos love when people acknowledge the laid back "pure life " culture. It can also be noted on phone calls with clients where the telemarketers make the conversation a first call resolution and positive experience. "G-d bless you all." In March 2013, Cunningham authored Lay It Down: How Letting Go Brings Out Your Best . The book shows readers how to work out the “lay it down” principle in all phases of life. in Conclusion, Randall ends the personal Cameo with one final thought, "Shout out from Randall Cunningham. Philadelphia Eagles. have a good one. Much success."

Broadway star JARROD SPECTOR has a huge fan base with COSTA RICA'S CALL ...

The video begins in a first class style and delivery, "What's up Costa Rica's Call Center crew? "He made his Broadway debut in Les Misérables, playing Gavroche. Afterward, he studied economics at Princeton University and then returned to acting before completing his degree. "This is Jarrod Spector. Now listen, before I spent most of my life on Broadway, I was the pain in the as little brother in a friend group. And, always tagging along with my brother's friends. And that group included, Mr. Richard Blank." Jarrod was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania .He was a slick little brother that never told his parents about the parties we had in his house back in high school . He kept the code of silence. "So, I am not surprised to hear that he is the best boss to the crew down there." In 2007, Jarrod joined the 2nd San Francisco cast of Jersey Boys. Spector played Frankie Valli, a role he would play later in Chicago and on Broadway. Jarrod being a lead of a cast can relate to a leader of a company. Both set the pace, are 100% dedicated and can follow through as a professional. Just like acting, offshore BPO is very competitive and only those with endurance can make it big. "Listen, I have not been down there myself, but I have seen some pictures. But man, what a sweet set up." As Jarrod dominated Broadway when he was in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical as Barry Mann from January 2014 to February 2016. Attractive venues and pleasing theatres can really make an experience memorable. In addition, a positive work environment can also produce the best nearshore customer service agents that are able to act like they care about the client. CCC has the best company culture in Central America. "The got the art deco building with the neon marquees." Naturally Jarrod can appreciate style since he has performed in some of the most beautiful theatres and arenas. He received a nomination for a 2014 Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical and a nomination for the 2014 Outer Critics Circle Award, Outstanding Featured Actor In A Musical for his portrayal of Barry Mann. The call centre located on the corner of 11th avenue and 23rd street in Barrio Aranjuez. "You got tunes on the jukebox" Since we upgraded our rockolas, we are able to download music and Jarrod has a very large selection of his tunes at the ready. We have Jarrod's studio LPs along with many live performances for our staff to enjoy while eating in the company's 1950s cafe. He has quite the fan base here in central America. In 2016 he participated in the recording of the demo English version of the Death Note: The Musical. He sang L ‘s parts. " and that arcade with the pinball machines. No really, can I come down and like challenge on the Jurassic Park pinball machine? Specifically, because I grew up with that machine and I really think that I can hang." CCC has the best gamification call center culture in Latin America. Our game room is 100% free play and we encourage our agents to try American Flipper pinball for the first time during their breaks and lunch. The fact that we both own the same pinball machine is a good sign. "But, only of you pick me up at the airport in that ridicules vintage 1984 Mercedes Limo. Is that something we can work out? Cause if so, I am coming and I can't wait." Jarrod knows that all special guests are met at SJO for a luxury ride and he is well deserving of a comfortable ride to the beach. When a star arrives at their destination in a smooth limo, it can really make the entrance a memorable experience. From 2018 to 2019 Spector starred as Sonny Bono in The Cher Show at the Neil Simon Theatre on Broadway. He always arrived to the shows in style. "Congratulations on 12 years. What a fantastic accomplishment. And I hope to see you all soon." Spector and his wife Kelli Barrett perform a cabaret act together titled “This Is Dedicated: Music’s Greatest Marriages”, for example in March 2017 at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. From one strong accomplishment to another, we appreciate the fact that you have acknowledge our hard work and discipline. We wish you continued success. The entire staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER appreciates the time and effort in making this Cameo. Pura Vida Jarrod.

This is Mr. October in the flesh on Ester Sunday"Reginald Martinez Jackson is an American former professional baseball right fielder who played 21 seasons in Major League Baseball . Jackson was inducted to the Hall of Fame in 1993. Reggie knows how to enjoy a solid work-life balance when he says, "I am in balboa island. should be a nice scene behind me. yeah, I don't know?" Jackson was nicknamed "Mr. October" for his clutch hitting in the postseason with the Athletics and the Yankees. He helped Oakland win five consecutive American League West divisional pennants, three consecutive American League pennants and three consecutive World Series titles, from 1972 to 1974. Jackson helped New York win four American League East divisional pennants, three American League pennants and two consecutive World Series titles, from 1977 to 1981. He also helped the California Angels win two AL West divisional pennants in 1982 and 1986. Jackson hit three consecutive home runs at Yankee Stadium in the clinching game six of the 1977 World Series. Reggie has made his mark internationally and has a huge following in Central America where baseball is very popular. "Anyway, I am looking for the man that says he is Costa Rica's Call Center all of the Reggie fans down there."Jackson hit 563 career home runs and was an American League (AL) All-Star for 14 seasons. He won two Silver Slugger Awards, the AL Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award in 1973, two World Series MVP Awards, and the Babe Ruth Award in 1977. The Yankees and Athletics retired his team uniform number in 1993 and 2004.[2] Jackson currently serves as a special adviser to the Yankees. Jackson led his teams to first place ten times over his 21-year career. Reggie goes the extra mile by giving an Abington Ghost CEO a huge compliment, "My man down there says he is the best. The best boss ever, Richard."Jackson was born in the Wyncote neighborhood of Cheltenham Township, just north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jackson graduated from Cheltenham High School in 1964, where he excelled in football, basketball, baseball, and track and field. Abington High School long standing arch rival are the Cheltenham Panthers. Naturally, Mr. October wants a second opinion before making his statement a fact about the best boss in Costa Rica, "Is that true? I will have some of your friends call me and let me know if you really are the best boss down there." "Anyway, says, let me see, I am a major league baseball legend. Not really. I was, in my own mind when I was a player. But, things have changed, of course." #44 was a real sports hero for those growing up in the 1970s. He was the man that could step up to the pressure and deliver huge wins. "I am still having fun and enjoying things." Being from Philadelphia, Reggie knows that a solid first impression is very important for any organization, "It sounds like you got a beautiful place down there to go to work. Big time art deco building." Bario Aranjuez has a beautiful classic 3 story building for our bilingual telemarketers. The Yankees' home opener of the 1978 featured a new product, the "Reggie!" bar. The Standard Brands company responded with a circular "bar" of peanuts dipped in caramel and covered in chocolate, a confection that was originally named the "Wayne Bun" as it was made in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The "Reggie!" bars were handed to fans as they walked into Yankee Stadium. Jackson hit a home run, and when he returned to right field the next inning, fans began throwing the Reggie bars on the field in celebration. Jackson told the press that this confused him, thinking that maybe the fans did not like the candy.Richard, the best boss, had his first Reggie candy bar at the Wyncote Pharmacy across the street from the Jenkintown Train Station. Reggie knows that location very well. "neon marques, jukeboxes, an arcade , 11 pinball machines." Reggie can appreciate the fact that CCC has created the best call center culture and work environment. "and a 50s cafe man. I would fit right in there." We would like to make a special #44 double cheeseburger for you when you come and visit one day. Reggie knows that luxury transportation is key when arriving at special events. CCC has restored a clasic 300D Lang for our guests flying into SJO, "and if they pick you up,he says for me, the vips, he has got a Mercedes limo. I am in on that one my friend." The video winds down with some final words of wisdom, "Take care, have a great day and enjoy was fun talking to ya!" The entire staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER appreciates the time, effort and cool video. WE hope that you stay safe and continue to make your fans feel like 1 million dollars! Pura Vida Reggie.

KIRK CAMERON understands the GROWING PAINS of COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER 1...

THE HAWK FROM BUCK ROGERS SAVES THE DAY AT COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER

Monty Python star, John Cleese is open to debate if COSTA RICA'S CALL CE...

Monty Python star, John Cleese is open to debate if COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER has the best boss. The international actor, voice actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer begins his shout out in proper British fashion, "Hello. This is John Cleese. Or at least, it used to be before I died. I think I am dead now." "I am very very old. There is very little difference at a certain point between being eighty and being dead." In the late 1960s, John Marwood Cleese co-founded Monty Python, the comedy troupe responsible for the sketch show Monty Python's Flying Circus. Per good fortune, his amazing range of work will be enjoyed for many generations to come. The realistic outlook on age makes this generous appearance even more special. Mr. Cleese's time is very valuable. "I still seem to be able to do short videos. short ones." Emerging from the Cambridge Footlights in the 1960s, Cleese specialises in satire, black comedy, sketch comedy and surreal humour. He became an instant legend at home and around the world. The entertaining video continues with an acknowledgment of his loyal following in Central America, "And so. I am doing this for COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER fans." It was as a performer on The Frost Report that Cleese achieved his breakthrough on British television as a comedy actor, appearing as the tall, upper class patrician figure in the classic "Class" sketch. His unique talent was way ahead of his time and the TV audience knew it. The message takes a funny approach towards the executive of the contact center when he firmly states, "And it has been booked, set up by Richard. Who, claims to be the best boss. So, you be the better judge of that. But, that's what Richard thinks!" In a 2005 poll of comedians and comedy insiders, The Comedians' Comedian, Cleese was voted second to Peter Cook. That, can be up for debate as well. "And now, he wants a funny shout out from the best in the UK." Naturally, any telemarketer would love to have Mr. Cleese take a moment for some fun and laughter. Monty Python's Flying Circus ran for four seasons from October 1969 to December 1974 on BBC Television, though Cleese quit the show after the third. Cleese's two primary characterisations were as a sophisticated and a stressed-out loony. Many BPO agents can easily relate. "You celebrated your 12th year recently." Cleese (and the other members of Python) have contributed their services to charitable endeavours and causes—sometimes as an ensemble, at other times as individuals. Their humour often involved ordinary people in ordinary situations behaving absurdly for no obvious reason. A solid run in film and TV takes dedication, structure and discipline. Mr. Cleese can understand the long road CCC has traveled to last in the competitive near shore BPO industry. "I don't know what you do. You are a call center. Are you?" It can be a challenge to keep a consistent rhythm and be able to produce a top quality service and product. CCC has maintained our character, excellence and tradition to ensure the best customer support for our clients as Mr. Cleese felt the same needed for his audience. Though Flying Circus lasted four series, by the start of series 3, Cleese was growing tired. He felt, too, that the show's scripts had declined in quality. "Anyway, you celebrated your twelfth year anniversary and I want to mention your classic art deco building." Naturally, an artist needs a work life balance. Our call center has the best employee perks and the coolest office game room. Mr. Cleese could help but to mention our special office culture, "neon marquees, your jukebox arcade and 11 pinball machines. "Your 70's ..No, 50's cafe" Regardless of the era, Barrio Aranjuez offers a real American Cheeseburger. "and a vintage Mercedes limousine for VIP guests." Cleese appearing at the 61st Academy Awards in March 1989 and can understand how to arrive in style. Since Mr. Cleese is a grade A actor, he never missed a beat with the details of the video script, "And I mentioned all those..." "I have called Richard the very best. Though I said that is really a matter for debate. I think it is a fair way to put it."The owner of CCC appreciates his open minded attitude and will live up to his expectations. The video begins to wind down with a decades old question that has yet to be solved. "And I would love to know what the fuck is it that you guys do?" Upon conclusion, Mr. Cleese decided to make a few funny faces and pop noises. Then a bit of literature, "I will finish with a poem, I have a pet possum. It's totally awesome." He ends the message with one final statement. "Thank you and good night." The entire staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER appreciates the time and effort in making this video.

Hollywood actress MISSI PYLE does a telemarketing role playing class wit...

"Well hello Richard's staff.I'm assuming that is people?"Andrea Kay Pyle known professionally as Missi Pyle, is an American actress and singer. "Hi friends! How many of you are there? What is going on?" Scarlett Beauregarde, the beautiful blonde mother from the movie "Charlie and the chocolate factory", starts the sweet video with a many questions for our telemarketers. "12 years you have been hanging out with this Richard? How is that going? How is that going for you.? I do not know anything about this Richard." Pyle has appeared in various television series and movies and is considered a very talented singer as well. She has many fans at CCC. Pyle attended the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and graduated in 1995. For her achievements, Pyle was honored by the Poplar Pike Playhouse at her alma mater Germantown High School in Germantown, Tennessee. "All I know is he into neon. Is that a possibility?" The 3 story art deco building in Barrio Aranjuez has multiple vintage neon marquees. Actors, along with BPO agents, can enhance their work when in a positive environment that looks cool and stylish. "Maybe some jukeboxes, and pinball machines too? Eleven pinball machines? My address is 111111 main street. Please send me he other ten because I would like to have those." CCC has the largest free play retro arcade game room for employees to relax and have fun. A solid gamification call center culture was created. "Also, a 300D Mercedes. you know what? I will take the Mercedes limousine." All guests are picked up at SJO and driven in comfort and luxury to the closest beach or the call center for an onsite visit. Naturally, Missi deserves to be driven around Central America in a classic Lang. Missi explains how certain office perks would assist in making an educated career decision, "Here is what I am wondering. Does Richard drive you around in the limousine? Because I feel like That would be important for me if I were working with Richard."Pyle played Jake's Elementary School teacher Ms. Pasternak on Two and a Half Men. "If not, let's do a training. You guys are a call center, right? Let's do a training. This is what you need to say to Richard." An amazing performance as Violet's single mother, Scarlett Beauregarde in the Tim Burton movie whose own competitive personality appears to have had an influence on her daughter, as Scarlett expresses pride over Violet's 263 trophies and medals. Missi is the perfect person to take our outsourcing agents to the next level of competition. Obviously, she was casted perfectly as the image of a very confident and attractive woman with the ability of solid parenting to produce a winner. The priceless role playing continues with a real A level acting coach from Hollywood, "Pretend like, I am Richard. You would say Hello Richard. An then, be like, oh, take a look at my limo.I have a big limo. This is all hostage negotiating to say you have a big limo And then he tells you a little more about his big limo. And then, you just have to say I feel like I would be a better employee if I was picked up in that...if I knew what it was like to be more like you and ride around...I would be a better employee. So just ah, maybe ride around and say that and you know. And then, I will be Richard and I will say, yes please. I am going to pick you up tomorrow in the limo. "Anyway, Costa Rica. Probably my favorite country on the planet. I would like to be there immediately right now instead of next to the freeway in Los Angeles. I am not right next to the freeway, but there is not a lot of traffic so I can actually hear it pretty well." The pandemic has made international travel near impossible since the borders have been closed. We hope that you can come and visit soon. "Anyway, Pura Vida. So as they say. As you say. I wish I was there with you right now. And I hope that you all are taking care of yourselves." In 2008, Missi starred in the Broadway play Boeing-Boeing The play closed in January 2009. Missi goes the extra mile to acknowledge the hard work of the CEO, "And Richard, you sound like a pretty good boss. "So, at this point I may never be acting again. So, maybe I can get a job there." Missi is very talented and we look forward to following her bright career. In addition to acting, Pyle has also worked as a musician. With actress Shawnee Smith, she served as half of Smith & Pyle, a country rock duo.The two actresses have also become business partners and formed their own record label called Urban Prairie Records The entire staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER appreciates the time and effort in making this personal video. Thank you MISSI. Stay safe and PURA VIDA.
