Why Real Estate?
On January 22nd, 2019, Daniel came across this VIDEO on wholesaling and decided he found a reason to pursue real estate. It wasn't a matter of helping himself, it was a matter of helping others and showing them how they can obtain wealth. Over the next few months, Daniel studied for and passed the PA real estate exam on his birthday, July 10th, 2019. He wanted more and he wanted to help more people, so his journey continues as he has been accepted to Delaware Law School and will be starting in Fall 2024 as an Evening Division student and showing others how to be wealthy through building their credit, find their careers and maximizing efforts in the real estate industry.
Daniel Umstead graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. After his undergraduate studies, Daniel worked in Career Services/College Prep with non-profit organizations and for-profit schools all before receiving his Master's Degree in Higher Education from Kaplan University in 2013.
On July 26, 2019, he started The RNG Radio Show which is featured on AnchorFM, Spotify, and YouTube. As a proven division 1 college athlete, CCC could not be happier to receive a personal message from one of the best and competitive football programs in the country. Since 1978, the Grammy Award–winning singer-songwriter started his long journey creating music. Bobby clearly understands what it takes to last in a competitive industry when starting a solo project and putting all of your efforts into pleasing the public. "Um, your very best boss in the world, Richard, asked me to send you a video." Naturally, her fans could see her potential in Hollywood. After at first being unsure about becoming an actor, Kimmy was then hired for the first role she auditioned for in the teen comedy The Last American Virgin (1982). If you are a CEO or an actor, chances must be taken and taking a risk on yourself.
"I thought I sent one already.But, it is saying that I didn't. So, here is another one. I just sort of repeat what I already said. First of all, congratulations on 12 years of wonderful business and being classy. I your classic art deco building." CCC enhances the beauty of Barrio Aranjuez with their vintage style.

Kimmy knew that she shined bright and that is why she was casted as the Sheriff's ditsy secretary, Lucy, in the groundbreaking TV series Twin Peaks (1990). Creators Mark Frost and David Lynch recognized Kimmy's comedic talent and exploited it by encouraging her to ad-lib her lines, some of which turned into the funniest moments of the series.

His famous tenure of six days, from his unofficial start date on July 25 until his unexpected dismissal on July 31, is the shortest in history for that post. The MOOCH shattered the past accomplishment of 11 days that had been held by Jack Koehler during the Reagan administration which made him an instant legend and cult figure for his candid nature and sharp intellect on multiple subjects.

Monty Python star, John Cleese is open to debate if COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER has the best boss.
The international actor, voice actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer begins his shout out in proper British fashion, "Hello. This is John Cleese. Or at least, it used to be before I died. I think I am dead now."
"I am very very old. There is very little difference at a certain point between being eighty and being dead."
In the late 1960s, John Marwood Cleese co-founded Monty Python, the comedy troupe responsible for the sketch show Monty Python's Flying Circus. Per good fortune, his amazing range of work will be enjoyed for many generations to come. The realistic outlook on age makes this generous appearance even more special. Mr. Cleese's time is very valuable.
"I still seem to be able to do short videos. short ones." Emerging from the Cambridge Footlights in the 1960s, Cleese specialises in satire, black comedy, sketch comedy and surreal humour. He became an instant legend at home and around the world.

That, can be up for debate as well.
"And now, he wants a funny shout out from the best in the UK." Naturally, any telemarketer would love to have Mr. Cleese take a moment for some fun and laughter. Monty Python's Flying Circus ran for four seasons from October 1969 to December 1974 on BBC Television, though Cleese quit the show after the third. Cleese's two primary characterisations were as a sophisticated and a stressed-out loony. Many BPO agents can easily relate.

Cleese (and the other members of Python) have contributed their services to charitable endeavours and causes—sometimes as an ensemble, at other times as individuals. Their humour often involved ordinary people in ordinary situations behaving absurdly for no obvious reason. A solid run in film and TV takes dedication, structure and discipline. Mr. Cleese can understand the long road CCC has traveled to last in the competitive near shore BPO industry.
"I don't know what you do. You are a call center.Are you?" It can be a challenge to keep a consistent rhythm and be able to produce a top quality service and product. CCC has maintained our character, excellence and tradition to ensure the best customer support for our clients as Mr. Cleese felt the same needed for his audience. Though Flying Circus lasted four series, by the start of series 3, Cleese was growing tired. He felt, too, that the show's scripts had declined in quality.

Since Mr. Cleese is a grade A actor, he never missed a beat with the details of the video script, "And I mentioned all those..."
"I have called Richard the very best. Though I said that is really a matter for debate. I think it is a fair way to put it."The owner of CCC appreciates his open minded attitude and will live up to his expectations.
The video begins to wind down with a decades old question that has yet to be solved. "And I would love to know what the fuck is it that you guys do?"
Upon conclusion, Mr. Cleese decided to make a few funny faces and pop noises.
Then a bit of literature, "I will finish with a poem, I have a pet possum. It's totally awesome."
He ends the message with one final statement. "Thank you and good night."

"Well hello Richard's staff.I'm assuming that is people?"Andrea Kay Pyle known professionally as Missi Pyle, is an American actress and singer.
"Hi friends! How many of you are there? What is going on?" Scarlett Beauregarde, the beautiful blonde mother from the movie "Charlie and the chocolate factory", starts the sweet video with a many questions for our telemarketers.
"12 years you have been hanging out with this Richard? How is that going? How is that going for you.? I do not know anything about this Richard." Pyle has appeared in various television series and movies and is considered a very talented singer as well. She has many fans at CCC. Pyle attended the North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and graduated in 1995. For her achievements, Pyle was honored by the Poplar Pike Playhouse at her alma mater Germantown High School in Germantown, Tennessee.
"All I know is he into neon. Is that a possibility?" The 3 story art deco building in Barrio Aranjuez has multiple vintage neon marquees. Actors, along with BPO agents, can enhance their work when in a positive environment that looks cool and stylish.

Missi explains how certain office perks would assist in making an educated career decision, "Here is what I am wondering. Does Richard drive you around in the limousine? Because I feel like That would be important for me if I were working with Richard."Pyle played Jake's Elementary School teacher Ms. Pasternak on Two and a Half Men.
"If not, let's do a training. You guys are a call center, right? Let's do a training.This is what you need to say to Richard." An amazing performance as Violet's single mother, Scarlett Beauregarde in the Tim Burton movie whose own competitive personality appears to have had an influence on her daughter, as Scarlett expresses pride over Violet's 263 trophies and medals. Missi is the perfect person to take our outsourcing agents to the next level of competition. Obviously, she was casted perfectly as the image of a very confident and attractive woman with the ability of solid parenting to produce a winner.
The priceless role playing continues with a real A level acting coach from Hollywood, "Pretend like, I am Richard. You would say Hello Richard. An then, be like, oh, take a look at my limo.I have a big limo. This is all hostage negotiating to say you have a big limo And then he tells you a little more about his big limo. And then, you just have to say I feel like I would be a better employee if I was picked up in that...if I knew what it was like to be more like you and ride around...I would be a better employee. So just ah, maybe ride around and say that and you know. And then, I will be Richard and I will say, yes please. I am going to pick you up tomorrow in the limo.
"Anyway, Costa Rica. Probably my favorite country on the planet. I would like to be there immediately right now instead of next to the freeway in Los Angeles. I am not right next to the freeway, but there is not a lot of traffic so I can actually hear it pretty well." The pandemic has made international travel near impossible since the borders have been closed. We hope that you can come and visit soon.
"Anyway, Pura Vida. So as they say. As you say. I wish I was there with you right now. And I hope that you all are taking care of yourselves." In 2008, Missi starred in the Broadway play Boeing-Boeing The play closed in January 2009.
Missi goes the extra mile to acknowledge the hard work of the CEO, "And Richard, you sound like a pretty good boss.
"So, at this point I may never be acting again. So, maybe I can get a job there." Missi is very talented and we look forward to following her bright career. In addition to acting, Pyle has also worked as a musician.
