Tianna T. Bartoletta encourages another decade anniversary for COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER.



The 3xGoldMedalist knows what it takes to become a champion that can successfully compete on the world's stage.  Tianna clearly understands the foundation of a ten year milestone and can translate her own personal  endurance in athletics to a business success story. She positively states, " It shows so much commitment and dedication. A lot of the same skills needed to become an Olympian". Once the staff heard her speak, we saw an immediate increase in morale, but the high energy could be felt as well through the video!



Knowing first hand (4 x 100 relay) that courageous individuals make up a team, The 3xWorldChamp wanted to give a personal shout out to the entire staff of CCC. She sincerely coveys the following by, "wanting to congratulate you all for ten years in business and to keep doing what you are doing". She firmly backs it up her decade of success by winning golds in 2005 and 2015.



The 2xOlympian has always shown good taste and high class style. Once again, her articulate observations are shared by reinforcing the brilliant office environment and culture of Costa Rica's Call Center. Tianna loves the cool art deco building and cheerfully refers to the neon marquees as amazing. Our large collection of American pinball machines are mentioned along with our 50s style cafe.  In addition, the world champion has a strong fondness of our classic Mercedes Limousine for our clients. With a priceless smile, she simply called it "amazing!" as well.

"Keep doing the good work and may you have another ten years of a successful business. Enough said!" was the quote from the famous World Wrestling Entertainment star , Brodus Clay. Knowing first hand the rewards of hard work, he gave a special congratulations to the entire staff for celebrating a decade anniversary in business.



The professional actor, famous for Total Nonstop Action under the ring name Tyrus, knows style when mentioning the neon marquees and the cool art deco building. To our enjoyment and surprise, TYRUS-BRODUS CLAY showed his common old school gaming as he discussed the classic pinball machines at CCC. "I am a HUGE pinball guy (no pun intended) so I definitely got to check that out!" CCC boasts the largest collection of American pinball in Costa Rica. An impressive row of 11 classic machines on free play for all. A gamification call center culture was created and is the only known retro video arcade game room for employees in Latin America.



The brand new 50s style cafe at the call center was of big interest to Tyrus who asks about the menu, "Hopefully, means burgers, fries and chocolate shakes" It sure does and offers the best food and an authentic diner experience in Barrio Aranjuez, Costa Rica.



Finally, the forthright television commentator knows that travel is important when done in style and comfort. He had a very important question about the 1984 Mercedes Limo for our guests, " Do classic Mercedes Limousines have lots of leg room? I hope so. Because if so, I am in." The good news is that the limo can fit Tyrus and a few of his friends when they come to Costa Rica for their next visit. Pura Vida.

"That is the coolest place to work you guys!" was the best compliment given to Costa Rica's Call Center. The actress wanted to give us a very special congratulations. As a professional and hard worker, she made a valued observation that , "10 years is a big feat!" when competing in business. Through her due diligence, she reacted to the retro pinball machines in the game room and the classic Mercedes Limousine. Not only does Lindsey do her homework, but she went the extra mile to look up pictures of CCC. As a dancer, Lindsey couldn't help but mention her shared taste in our neon marquees that shine like an old art deco theater.
