Pinball machines have existed since the 1930's and for many people they are a still a hit. Over past decades pinball machines have graced the sets of movies, provided entertainment for teenagers and adults and brought people together in a social setting. In this episode Lindy is joined by Richard Blank, CEO of a call center in Costa Rica. Richard is an avid pinball enthusiast and collector of these vintage games. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers.
