"Is that real?" Since movies and TV are fiction, CCC has a very real 3 floor building on the corner of 11th Avenue and 23rd Street in Barrio Aranjuez in downtown San Jose.
"Or the neon marquees. I hear they are amazing." Just like the stars and excitement of filming, our amazing outsourcing call centre shines at night with tow classic bright signs on each corner of the building in order to attract the best talent and make a statement in the nearshore BPO industry. "A jukebox arcade. The American pinball machines." Gamification is key when bonding with CSR and sales agents during their breaks and free time. It only ensures a stronger bond between employees and staff. Zachary seems to love the idea of a fun work environment. "Have a great day. Pura Vida." Zachary shows his ability to pick up our local expressions when he wishes his fans a "pure life".
The video concludes with a final goodbye when he says, "Have a good one."
