SHAGGY 2 DOPE of ICP loves his COSTA RICAN juggaos at CCC

"Yo. What's up Man?" Joseph William Utsler, famously known by his stage name Shaggy 2 Dope is an American rapper, record producer, DJ, and professional wrestler. He is part of the hip hop duo Insane Clown Posse and is the co-founder of the record label Psychopathic Records, with fellow Insane Clown Posse rapper Violent J.

The crazy video begins with a classic shout out, "This is SHAGGY 2 DOPE. From the happy family fun friendly band INSANE CLOWN POSSE."  ICP has a dedicated following, often referred to by the group as Juggalos and Juggalettes. The duo perform a style of hardcore hip hop known as horrorcore, and is known for its dark, violent lyrics and elaborate live performances.

SHAGGY takes another high energy turn when he yells, "That's right. 70's metal band. OW! ICP!" Utsler's music is influenced by old school hip hop, new school hip hop, and gangsta rap.

"YO? What's good COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER JUGGALOS? HA HA HA!" There are many fans of their music in Central America. In 1998, Insane Clown Posse were asked by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) to perform the entrance theme for the wrestling group The Oddities. Utsler then went on to wrestle a long stint in World Championship Wrestling with Violent J. On August 9, 1999, Insane Clown Posse made their WCW debut on Monday Nitro in a six-man tag team match and have created a new batch of fans outside of the mic and hip hop stage.

"I just heard you celebrated your 12th year anniversary in business. Yo, that's crazy man! FUCK YEAH!" CCC appreciates the acknowledgemtn from a man who can appreciate the competitive offshore outsourcing industry. Founded in Detroit in 1989, Insane Clown Posse performs a style of hardcore hip hop known as horrorcore and is known for its elaborate live performances. A style that has endured the test of time and is still relevant to this day in the music industry.

"Hey man, I want to bring up too man, good job man." That is a huge compliment from a very cool entertainer. On December 19, 1999, Bruce and Utsler created their own wrestling promotion, Juggalo Championshit Wrestling (now known as Juggalo Championship Wrestling).  Naturally, SHAGGY 2 DOPE has skills and the ability to fulfill the needs of his fans in multiple verticals.

"You guys are looking slick out there." Success also has it's challenges when making telemarketing calls. There are some customers and public opinion that are against BPO operations. Insane Clown Posse sued the FBI, whose National Gang Intelligence Center listed Juggalos as "a loosely organized hybrid gang" in a 2011 report. On September 16, 2017, an estimated 1,500 Juggalos gathered in front of the Lincoln Memorial to organize a concert and all day rally in protest of their gang classification, and "class-based discrimination by law enforcement".

"You got that classic art deco building, neon marquees,Jukebox arcade." On the road, ICP took the time to enjoy the local foods and building styles of all of the cities and countries that hosted their tours. SHAGGY 2 DOPE can appreciate the extra touch that an environment can offer in order to enhance a performance.

"Not 10 not 12 but 11 pinball machines. 50's cafe." Work life balance is important for those that look to recharge batteries. ICP showed that they could have a good time while performing as professionals in the studio and on the road.

"And, a vintage limousine Mercedes for the VIP guests." Hip hop stars expect to travel from multiple shows in style and comfort. In October 6, 2018, when Limp Bizkit performed at the Rock Allegiance festival in Camden, New Jersey, Shaggy 2 Dope attempted to dropkick Fred Durst and was dragged offstage by security. I am sure he was not offered a long home in the limo that evening with the other bands.

The enthusiasm continues to explode when a strong statement was made about our ability to produce a successful workforce nearshore, "Man, you guys are out there murdering. You know what I am saying?"  The duo has earned two platinum and five gold albums and have proven to the world that they are more than capable of fulfilling the need of their fans.

"Yo. By the way man, give a big up to your boy, Richard the Boss, he hooked this up! YEP!" The video concludes with a huge plug for the CEO of CCC. Your time , effort and energy was much appreciated by the entire staff and legions of fans in the land of PURA VIDA.

DEVIN HESTER RETURNS a NFL style compliment to COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER...

The NFL hall legend starts off the video by saying,"COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER STAFF. Wow." Devin Devorris Hester Sr is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver and return specialist in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

"Congratulations man, on your guys 12 year anniversary with the business." All good things have a solid beginning. Our BPO telemarketing service had to build on our skills and grow into a division 1 player offshore. This mindset was applied and similar to the athletic competition. Hester enrolled at the University of Miami, where he played for the Miami Hurricanes football team from 2003 to 2005. As a sophomore in 2004, he earned national recognition as a kick returner after being named a first-team All-American Ultimately, Hester completed his college career with a total of six touchdowns from kick returns, including one blocked field goal return.

"From the jukeboxes to the pinball machines." Obviously, any solid organization can be experts in multiple verticals in business, arts and athletics. Hester holds the NFL record for most all-time return touchdowns (punt and kickoff combined) and most all-time punt return touchdowns. This represents a well rounded superior football player that has mastered his trade.

"Ah wow, The Mercedes Benz Limo for VIP guest service." Naturally, sports stars are used to traveling in style. #23 recognizes style, class and luxury. He is widely regarded as one of the best return specialists in NFL history, and was the first person to return the opening kick of the Super Bowl back for a touchdown.

"Congratulations man." In 2013, Hester outran a cheetah in a race sponsored by National Geographic at Busch Gardens Tampa. The competition consisted of Hester running back and forth on a straight track to simulate laps, while the cheetah ran in a similar but separate track.

"From all your guy's success. I know it is hard work and a dedication that you guys put in it."He played college football at Miami, where he was the first player in the university's recent history to play in all three phases of American football: offense, defense and special teams. That alone shows a true commitment to his professional craft of being one of the best football players in history.

"Keep up the good work."One person that knows how hard work can breed success is Devin Hester. Our telemarketers can appreciate his words or wisdom and encouragement.

POTSIE from HAPPY DAYS knows of a 50's cafe that is better than ARNOLD'S.

POTSIE from HAPPY DAYS knows a 50's cafe that is better than ARNOLD'S.

"Hi there. This is Anson Williams. You remember me as Potsie from Happy Days." The video begins with a blast from the past moment from a classic TV star. Anson William Heimlich is an American actor, singer and director, best known for his role as gullible but well-intentioned singer Warren "Potsie" Weber on the television series Happy Days (1974–1984),

"Well, I love to wish COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER a very happy twelve year anniversary." Williams is the author of Singing to a Bulldog: From Happy Days to Hollywood Director, and the Unlikely Mentor Who Got Me There. Both published books document his personal journey, success and endurance in one of the most competitive industries. Naturally, Potsie can appreciate what it takes to last more than a decade in the BPO industry nearshore.

"That's like, 12 fabulous great years." Long term commitments and loyalty are subjects that Potsie has a master's degree. Williams was one of the few to remain through the entire run of the series. In 1972, Williams scored the role of a lifetime when he landed Potsie Weber in a segment of the comedy-anthology series Love, American Style titled "Love and the Happy Days", which also featured the young Richie Cunningham (Ron Howard), Richie's mother Marion (Marion Ross). The brand new comedy series' first season had Williams receive the second billing after Howard for which he was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Series, Miniseries or Television Film.

The personal shout out takes an upward turn when a one in a million idea is mentioned, "In fact, if we were to reboot HAPPY DAYS, I would like to film it at the COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER. Why???" POTSIE joined his fellow Happy Days cast members for two reunion specials: The Happy Days Reunion Special (1992) and Happy Days: 30th Anniversary Reunion (2005).

"Well, they got this amazing art deco building" .Obviously, Potsie has good taste and style while looking for new locations to film. Despite his success as a director and producer, Williams has occasionally returned to his work on Happy Days in retrospective ways. He played himself in a 1996 Happy Days-themed Boy Meets World episode (which also featured former cast mates Tom Bosley and Pat Morita). While directing a 2003 episode of Sabrina the Teenage Witch titled "Sabrina in Wonderland", he appeared as Potsie in a fantasy sequence.

The gang on Happy Days would not be complete without some retro gaming after school. Potsie mentions that we have, "11 pinball machines." The famous  1973 Bally’s “Nip It” pinball machine played a big part in the TV series. The bally classic was the pinball machine Fonzie, Richie Cunningham and the whole gang played in Arnold’s Diner. “Nip It” more or less was featured on one episode when the local vendor made the big mistake of replacing it with a different Bally from 1973 Time Zone. All heck broke loose in Arnold’s and Nip It was brought back and remained there happily ever after until the last show. COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER boasts the largest collection of vintage pinball in Central America. An impressive row of classic American pinball machines on free play for TELEMARKETERS. A gamification culture was created BY RICHARD BANK and is the only known retro video arcade game room for employees in Latin America.

"A 50's cafe that is cooler than ARNOLD'S." Williams is also a businessman. In 1987, fellow Happy Days cast member Al Molinaro and he opened a chain of diners called Big Al's. Unfortunately,  the business went defunct. Yet, Potsie can appreciate a cool hangout with amazing double cheeseburgers and thick malt shakes!

"and a jukebox arcade. " A beautiful 1953 Seeburg HF 100G was always playing at Arnold's. Fonzie would turn the jukebox off and on by punching it in the right spot. This ability is known as the "Fonz Touch" or the "Fonzie Bang" and was a classic moment in every episode that ended with another beautiful girl in his arms on the dance floor.

"And for all your VIPs, guess what?  A vintage Mercedes Limousine just for you." The gang were shown in a 1929 Ford Hi-Boy Roadster while crusin for girls. Potsie knows that a smooth ride makes all of the difference when riding with the coolest kids in class.

The video winds down with one final bit of encouragement, "Well again, happy 12 year anniversary COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER and I wish you 12 more!"
