Our Central America Call Center’s decision to give the BPO agents a RECESS area is essential in call center team building and the core to our creative organization and BPO campaign success. Our 87 KVA Wacker backup diesel generator is capable of supplying full power to our entire BPO infrastructure for eight hours or as long as the outside power fails. Our Central America Call Center Generator is protected from all adverse weather conditions and vandalism.

All Latin America Call Center Customer Service Stations have individual UPS units to ensure continued performance if the power fails. The generator will begin within 45 seconds to ensure that your BPO agents do not miss a minute of work.

The entire Central America call center is protected by a dozen visible security cameras along with an undisclosed number of hidden cameras to cover every angle of the Call Center building.

Each Latin America Call center Agent’s movement is recorded and saved on our servers for future review and records. We archive our BPO records for up to six months or can arrange a saved recording if needed.

Latin America Call center Security is a necessity when dealing with hundreds of customer service agents in a confined call center space. We view our BIG BROTHER approach as a preventative action so that there is no loss of personal belongings, call center equipment and one of individual safety.

The call center is protected by 24 hour armed security.
