STEFAN ENRIQUEZ HEINRICH sends a Castilian Spanish greeting to COSTA RIC...

STEFAN ENRIQUEZ HEINRICH sends a Castilian Spanish greeting to COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER.

"Hola todos en Costa Rica" is how the international video shout out starts. Prior to joining Cameo, Heinrich, most recently head of marketing for short-form video app TikTok. Now, he is the CMO & GM International at Cameo,

"Me alegra mucho a enviar como mensaje a ustedes del BOSS" Stephen shows his  led TikTok’s rebranding from Musical.ly (after Bytedance’s 2017 acquisition) and had previously launched Musical.ly in Latin America as general manager. Obviously, whatever he touches turns to gold and he knows a solid outsourcing call center when it crosses his path.

"This is a special message from the Cameo team for the whole office because I know you guys are really rocking it down in Costa Rica" Stefan is the chief marketing officer and general manager of international for Cameo and making big moves. Prior to TikTok, he spent several years in executive roles at Google and YouTube, where he was responsible for several product launches, including YouTube’s first paid subscription service in the U.S. (now called YouTube Premium) and subsequent international rollout.

"I know your 12th year anniversary of business is coming up. So, congrats to that" A Wharton School class of 2016 alumni knows when a proven business model can exceed all expectations in the telemarketing industry.

"I know you guys have an amazing office" What a compliment from a man who has seen the most beautiful buildings in his home country of Spain. We strive to create the most pleasing BPO work environment with a touch of classic style that is reflected on the phone with clients.

"Art deco building is just magnificent". Any call center needs to have an impression that enhances the neighborhood in which it resides. We have one of the most fashionable buildings in Central America.

"You have neon marquees and a jukebox arcade, 11 pinball machines and a 50s cafe" Our call center has perks but cannot compare to Stefan's time at Google as their TitleProduct Manager, Public Policy (Europe) + Country Marketing Manager and their top class game room.

"A vintage Mercedes limousine for VIP guests. It's a blast" CCC is the only outsourcing call center that supplies a classic Lang when clients arrive at SJO in order to travel in comfort.

The video ends with a blast of well wishes, “Que tengo que ir a Costa Rica y visitar a todos. Entonces en hora buena otra vez y que la pasen muy bien”

MARKY RAMONE rocks the staff at COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER

"Hey call Center"is how the video starts.  Marc Steven Bell is known professionally as Marky Ramone, was the drummer of the punk rock band the Ramones, from May 1978 until February 1983, and August 1987 until August 1996.

"How ya doing Richard?" The CEO of Costa Rica's Call Center, Richard Blank is doing great and appreciates the personal shout out from such an accomplished musician in one of the toughest industries. In the mid-1970s, Marc Steven Bell joined Richard Hell and the Voidoids and played on their first album, Blank Generation. In May 1978, Tommy Ramone asked Marc Steven Bell to join the Ramones; he gladly took the offer as Marky Ramone and the rest is history. He starred in the cult classic movie Rock 'n' Roll High School, recorded the single, "I Wanna be Sedated", and had the pleasure to work along side legendary producer Phil Spector to sharpen his skills.

"Happy tenth anniversary. " Marky Ramone is the only living Ramone who was awarded the 2011 lifetime achievement award from MTV by U2 singer Bono. He can clearly understand what it takes to last a decade in the outsourcing industry and acknowledges our accomplishment.

"Can't wait to come back to Costa Rica." Obviously, he is a fan of the Central America paradise. In 1993, Marky Ramone appeared with the Ramones in the episode "Rosebud" of The Simpsons and in 2019 season 31 episode 7, the Simpsons visited Costa Rica.

"To see the beautiful art deco building"  In March 2002, Marky Ramone was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, at New York's Waldorf Astoria . Another example of classic art deco style in New York City that is world famous for style that CCC has decided to incorporate into our BPO telemarketing culture.

"The jukebox arcade" Our 5 antique Rockola, Wurlitzer and Seeburg machines all have classic 45s of the band playing throughout the call center. Recognition of the Ramone's importance built over the years, and they are now mentioned in many assessments of all-time great rock music, such as number 26 in the Rolling Stone magazine list of the "100 Greatest Artists of All Time". There is a very large fan base in Costa Rica.

"And the pinball machines" Marky showed his excitement for old school gaming. There are many documented pictures of the band at pinball arcades between shows during the 1970s. They are often cited as the first true punk rock group and have a custom made pinball machine made after them from a super fan.

"And the 50s cafe" Being on long road tours can enhance a musicians taste for good food. Marky can appreciate Costa Rica's Call Center's North American dining experience. He has produced his own line of pasta sauce, "Marky Ramone's Brooklyn's Own Pasta Sauce.

The video winds down with one final good luck in businessl, "so, I wish you another ten". The Ramones' art and visual imagery complemented the themes of their music and performance. The members adopted a uniform look of long hair, leather jackets, T-shirts, torn jeans, and sneakers and still holds up to this day.

"See ya" . Marky Ramone finished his presentation with a thumb's up and well wishes.

SCREECH from Saved by the Bell wants a limousine ride in Costa Rica!

SCREECH from Saved by the Bell wants a limousine ride in Costa Rica!

The famous child actor, Dustin Diamond starts off the video by saying, "Hello Costa Rica"

Dustin immediately reverts back into the lovable Samuel "Screech" Powers when he shouts out his famous phrase, "Zoinks! " . A breakthrough role that he held for 13 years in Saved by the Bell. The show originated from its beginning as Good Morning, Miss Bliss (1988–89) through its final incarnation, Saved by the Bell: The New Class (1994–2000).

"Screech saying hi to the call center staff". The comedian continues his positive tone by motivating our telemarketers and the response was overwhelming. The hoards of Central American fans grew up watching him in both English and Spanish voice over episodes.

"And Richard the boss. He is no Belding. But he can be a Big Bopper if he wants." Wow. What a compliment when compared to the famous principal of Bayside High School and his acceptance by Zack, Screech and the gang. The Boss has accepted your blessing and per your suggestion, will add a BIG BOPPER double cheeseburger to the Costa Rica 50's cafe menu.

"Hey, I heard you are celebrating your 10th year anniversary in business." Dustin gave 100% to his character and showed unconditional loyalty to the show. His solid run made him an instant legend  for Generation X and a fine example for solid work ethics in a demanding industry. CCC appreciates the acknowledgement and can place value in his opinion regarding the competitive outsourcing industry.

"Congratulations. A decade o' Biz!" Screech knows when a company has the foundation to last and not just be saved by the bell when things get tough.

Growing up in the 1980s, Dustin enjoys a taste of classic retro extras that our call center offers. He makes mention of our office perks, "I heard all about your classic art deco building, your neon marquees, your jukebox arcade."

"11 pinball machines. That is pretty awesome!" Obviously, Screech can clearly see how the staff and guests are treated at CCC. In 2009, Dustin Diamond published an inside story of the show's cast and crew, from his point of view, titled Behind the Bell. His first hand interpretation of a healthy work environment was overshadowed by the pressure of Hollywood and childhood stardom. The essence of a happy organization rests on the ability to have the coworkers mingle in a safe, fun and pro active environment. A free play gamification call center was created and is known as the one of the most enjoyable company break rooms in Latin America.

"And your 50s' cafe. Is it like the Max? Cause that sounds pretty dope!" Nothing can compare to your after school hang out where "Zack Attack" held their concerts. Yet, CCC has managed to include an authentic 1950s style restaurant for our hungry staff and the adorning public in Barro Aranjuez to enjoy.

"And ah, your vintage Mercedes limousine which I am told is for VIP guests." Dustin has enjoyed his share of first class transportation during his filming, club dates and public relations events. CCC thrives to offer a classic and first class experience from the moment one steps off a plane at SJO until they arrive at our door in style.

The video ends with a limo request from Screech,"Does that mean I can't ride? Does that mean I can't ride? Let me ride!"

William Guzmán Daugherty aka:DJ Algorhythms tiene un gran piropo para COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER.

Buenas buenas

William Guzmán Daugherty aka:DJ Algorhythms has a special Latin style compliment for COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER.

The video begins on the busy streets of Chicago amongst the tall skyscrapers with a smooth, "Hello. Hello."

As the sharp Data Specialist states, " This Cameo goes to the Costa Ricas Call Center staff, who has a  10 years anniversary "

Also known as DJ Algorhythms for Cameo, he follows up his statement with another observation, " famous works of art deco, neon marquees, has the juke box and is active and alive! "

William knows a solid work life balance when he exclaims, "11 pinball machine, my brother, 50's cafe. Hey, but that's bigger than Google!" The University of Chicago Master of Science class 2018 has prepared William to know a happy work environment when he sees it.

"and a limousine Mercedez?!. My brother, for people V.IP." Obviously a smart individual knows that a good form of transpotation can make or break a solid business deal. His degree from The University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Information Systems and Applied Statistics class of 2016 sure comes in handy.

The presentation takes a strong turn as CCC is compared to one of the largest companies in the world, "Hey, that's better than Google, I'm going to have to go apply to that call center. "

The shout out concludes with a final bit of encouragement, "Well, congratulations on its 10 year anniversary."

Jordan Goggins Bryant positive opinion about COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER

"Sounds like you have an amazing set up."

Jordan Goggins-Bryant positive opinion about COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER

The video begins with the highly animated Talent Relationship Manager at Cameo when she says, "COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER. Oh my gosh, congratulations on celebrating you ten year anniversary in business." She clearly can understand the essence of hard work and dedication in order to survive in the outsourcing industry for so many years.

The former ad sales planner at discovery, inc. knows a great work environment as she exclaimed, "Sounds like you have an amazing set up."

"I mean, you have an amazing art deco building, neon marquees, jukebox arcade with 11 pinball machines." The university of Wisconsin-Madison class 2016 graduate shows her fun side by mentioning our solid office perks to telemarketers.

Her BA journalism and strategic communication came in handy when she notices what separates the  call center CEO from the rest,"A fifty's cafe and a vintage Mercedes limousine for VIP guests." Her experience as an advertising sales assistant at food network gives us a solid recommendation.

"Like, who could want more?" Naturally, all call center environments can be stressful CCC follows through on providing the best work environment in Central America. Jordan agrees 100%.

The shout out winds down with two more positive confirmations regarding our special offshore call center culture, "Sounds like an amazing place to work. and Sounds like an amazing place to be."

The final words from Jordan as she wishes us well, "Congratulations on your 10 year."

BIG DADDY KANE gets the job done for COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER

BIG DADDY KANE gets the job done for COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER.

"Yo what up?" The cool video begins with Antonio Hardy AKA: BIG DADDY KANE who is a Grammy Award-winning American rapper.

A classic player needs no introduction when he says, "This is BIG DADDY KANE." He is widely considered to be one of the most influential and skilled MCs in hip hop and knows a talented call center when he sees it.

"I just wanted to say happy tenth anniversary to COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER staff." In order to hit a decade milestone, there Ain't No Half-Steppin  A true compliment from a man with solid work ethics who withstands the test of time in a competitive industry. Just like telemarketing, CCC has made it's mark on the international outsourcing scene.

BIG DADDY KANE follow up his previous "Smooth and mild I'll make you smile" compliment by acknowledging what we do as a call center when he says taht we are, "Doing big things." As an actor, he debuted in Posse, and appeared in The Meteor Man. Big Daddy Kane also posed for Playgirl and Madonna's book Sex during the 1990s.

BIG DADDY KANE is acknowledged as one of the pioneering masters of fast rhyming. He sees our raw talent as well on the phone and makes sure we know it when he says, "Keep on doing what'cha doing." to the CCC staff. In 1991, Kane won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance and is regarded as one of the most influential and skilled golden age rappers. MTV put him at No. 7 in their Greatest MCs Of All Time list. Per BDK, "A champ like Tyson, a Captain like Kirk, no

Employee of the Month, cause yo, I do work". That says it all...

"You know, I see you out there with your art deco building, neon marquees, jukebox arcade and cafes." BIG DADDY KANE'S sense of style is renowned and set a number of late-1980s and early-1990s hip hop trends (high-top fades, velour suits, and four-finger rings).

"Also, I hard that you got a vintage Mercedes Limousine for VIP." We are sure that BIG DADDY KANE would rather be more subtle and smooth and SOOTH with his mode of transportation as well.

"I Get the Job Done," which hit the R&B top 40 during the closing of the 1980s. Since this quote represents our COSTA RICAN CALL CENTER motivation, we will close the video with BDK's final words of wisdom, "Keep on doing your thing, peace!"
