"Yo what up?" The cool video begins with Antonio Hardy AKA: BIG DADDY KANE who is a Grammy Award-winning American rapper.



A classic player needs no introduction when he says, "This is BIG DADDY KANE." He is widely considered to be one of the most influential and skilled MCs in hip hop and knows a talented call center when he sees it.



"I just wanted to say happy tenth anniversary to COSTA RICA'S CALL CENTER staff." In order to hit a decade milestone, there Ain't No Half-Steppin  A true compliment from a man with solid work ethics who withstands the test of time in a competitive industry.
