We specifically chose our Latin America Call Center strategic location on Costa Rica’s main street because it was within walking distance to downtown San Jose as well as for easy access for the individual agents’ daily commute. Private parking is available for all clients. The entire Central America call center premises is protected by 24 hour local armed security officers, a dozen surveillance cameras, high tech alarm system, and which can be totally monitored and configured over the internet from anywhere in the world.
